Alicia Magnus Photography

As a professional wedding photographer, it’s my job to create unique and artistic portraits that will make you want to pee yourself when you see them. Okay, hopefully that won’t happen, but you do need some of those grand, breathtaking shots to frame and remember your day by. (Like the one above) But what’s equally important for me to capture are the true, real and genuine moments of the day. The candid emotions displayed on each person's face that retell the story of your day each time you look through them.

I strive to be the kind of wedding photographer whose love for my job, will show in my work. One of the biggest compliments I’ve received was when a wedding guest came up to me and said, “I’ve been to a lot of weddings, but you work harder than any other photographer I’ve ever seen” My reply to that? “It’s because I truly love what I do.” I’m passionate about capturing your love story and want your memories to be preserved beautifully and perfectly. I want my excitement for your photos to be contagious and make the experience of having your wedding photos taken to be fun, easy and enjoyable. Yes...even for the guys! I will work my hardest to capture your day exactly how you've always envisioned

And how I'm envisioning it

Montana Wedding Photographer

Finding a photographer local to Montana, who loves what they do, is especially important when it comes to having a destination wedding. Out of state brides have an extra challenge and stress level, which I would say is a good majority of who I work with. I get it… the traveling, the extra costs, picking your vendors over the internet… it’s nerve-racking and can be super difficult. BUT I’m here to help ease that process, recommend vendors to you that I’ve met and worked with, plus give you location suggestions, advice and opinions. So I’ll be your wedding photographer + planning assistant + day of coordinator. Really…whatever you need!

But I have a friend who likes to take pictures...

Do I really need a professional photographer?

Let’s just start this off by saying, there are many, many friends, uncles and cousins who will be happy to offer discount wedding photography because they just bought a new camera and love taking pictures as a hobby. While there’s nothing wrong with that and it’s super sweet, just kindly explain that you would like them to be a guest and enjoy the day. I’ve heard story after story of regrets when couples went down this road. Things like ”Every picture was blurry, "it took 4 months to get my pictures back," or "I never got my pictures back," "He drank more than he took pictures"… and then they never speak again. For those super important moments that you can never get back, it’s worth investing in quality photography. I’ve accumulated so much gear (seriously… it’s an addiction) to be sure your day is captured in the most beautiful, artistic, and timeless way possible. I understand lighting, flash, and different settings for different situations. This is what I do and I pour my heart into it. I don’t want you looking back with that same regret. When you entrust your wedding day memories to a professional photographer, you can be sure that they will be preserved for you to enjoy for years to come.

So let’s recap this rant that was strictly for SEO and give the ultimate sales pitch… “If you’re still on the hunt for your dream photographer, then look no further than Alicia Magnus Photography! I’ll be sure your wedding day is captured just the way you always imagined it.” That may have sounded a bit like a commercial, but if it worked then ...
